These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use labtechskills.com or engage Labtech Skills ("we", "us" or "our") for digital marketing, website development, SEO, social media, graphic design, content writing, hosting assistance, digital products or related services. A project-specific quotation, invoice or written agreement may include additional terms. If there is a conflict, the project-specific written agreement will apply to that project.
1. Website Use
You may use this website to learn about our services, view our work and contact us for legitimate business purposes. You must not attempt to damage the website, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or misuse its content.
2. Service Enquiries and Quotations
Website prices and package descriptions provide general information and may not cover every requirement. Before work begins, we may provide a quotation, invoice or written confirmation describing the agreed scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, revisions and expected timeline. A quotation is not accepted until both sides confirm it through an agreed communication channel.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, approvals, account access and any text, images, trademarks or other materials needed for the project. The client must have permission to use all materials they provide. Delayed feedback, missing information or restricted access may affect the delivery schedule.
4. Payments
Payment amounts, due dates and any required advance payment will be stated in the approved quotation, invoice or written agreement. Work may begin after the required initial payment and necessary project information are received. Third-party charges, taxes, subscriptions, paid themes, plugins, advertising spend, domains or hosting are included only when clearly stated.
5. Scope, Revisions and Additional Work
The approved project scope defines the included work. Revisions will be handled according to the agreed quotation or written confirmation. New pages, features, content, campaigns or changes outside the original scope may require a revised price and timeline. We will discuss additional work before proceeding.
6. Timelines and Delivery
Delivery estimates are based on the agreed scope and the information available when the project starts. Timelines may change because of client delays, scope changes, technical issues, third-party services or events outside reasonable control. We will communicate material changes to the expected schedule.
7. Approvals and Final Delivery
Clients should review drafts, previews and completed work carefully. Approval confirms that the reviewed item meets the agreed requirements, except for any issues reported in writing. Final files, credentials or website access will be delivered according to the project agreement and any outstanding payment requirements.
8. Domains, Hosting and Third-Party Services
Domains, hosting platforms, advertising networks, social media platforms, software, plugins and other third-party services operate under their own terms, pricing and availability. We can assist with setup and management, but we do not control third-party outages, policy changes, account decisions, renewals or feature changes. The client is responsible for maintaining required subscriptions and account access unless agreed otherwise.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables will follow the approved project agreement and applicable licenses. Unless stated otherwise, final client-specific deliverables are released after full payment. Labtech Skills and third-party licensors retain ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, templates, fonts, stock assets and licensed materials. Any portfolio use will follow the project agreement and will not intentionally disclose confidential information.
10. Digital Products
Digital product availability, duration, activation method, delivery process and product-specific conditions should be confirmed before payment. Third-party products remain subject to the provider's terms and service availability. Clients should ask for clarification before placing an order if any product detail is unclear.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the service, work already completed, costs already incurred and any project-specific terms confirmed before payment. Digital products and third-party purchases may have separate conditions. Please request and review the applicable cancellation or refund terms before making a payment.
12. Results and Warranties
We aim to provide professional work aligned with the agreed scope. However, business results can depend on many factors outside our control. Unless specifically agreed in writing, we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, leads, advertising approval, platform approval, account growth or a particular financial outcome.
13. Confidentiality
Both sides should handle non-public business information, credentials and project materials responsibly. We will use client information only as needed to deliver the agreed work, provide support and meet legal or business record requirements.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Labtech Skills will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by third-party platforms, service interruptions, unauthorized client-side changes, expired subscriptions, lost credentials or use of deliverables outside the agreed purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our website, services or business practices change. The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date. Changes will not replace project-specific terms already agreed in writing unless both sides agree.
17. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. If a concern arises, both sides should first try to resolve it through direct, good-faith communication.
